Our Services

We provide fee-based investment advisory and financial planning services to help clients make informed financial decisions based on their objectives, circumstances, resources and risk profile.

1. Investment Advisory

Investment advisory services are provided by Rachna Chauhan, Individual Investment Adviser registered with SEBI (Registration No. INA000014632).

Depending on the client's requirements, services may include:

  • Goal-based investment planning

  • Asset allocation and portfolio construction

  • Review of existing investments and portfolios

  • Investment strategy and rebalancing review

  • Retirement and long-term investment planning

  • Assessment of investment risks, costs and suitability

Advice is based on the client's financial objectives, financial circumstances, risk profile and suitability.

The Investment Adviser does not distribute financial products or execute transactions on behalf of clients. Clients retain control over their investments and investment transactions.

Personalised investment advice is provided only after the applicable onboarding, KYC, risk profiling, suitability assessment and execution of the Investment Advisory Agreement.

2. Financial Planning

Financial planning takes a broader view of your financial life by bringing together income, expenses, assets, liabilities, risks and financial goals.

Depending on your requirements, planning may cover:

  • Financial goal setting and prioritisation

  • Cash-flow and liquidity planning

  • Retirement planning

  • Education and other long-term goals

  • Investment planning

  • Risk and contingency planning

  • Tax and estate-planning considerations

The objective is to bring greater clarity and structure to financial decisions and help align available resources with long-term goals.

Where recommendations involve securities or investment products, the applicable SEBI investment advisory and suitability framework applies.

3. Goal-Specific Financial Planning

Not every financial decision requires a comprehensive financial plan. Focused planning may be useful when you need clarity around a particular goal, financial commitment or decision.

Examples include:

  • Retirement or children's education planning

  • Home purchase planning

  • Funding and liquidity requirements

  • Review of an existing investment strategy

  • Planning for a specific long-term financial goal

The focus is on understanding the requirement, evaluating relevant financial considerations and helping you make an informed decision.

Where a requirement involves a product or service outside the regulatory purview of SEBI's investment adviser framework, its scope will be clearly identified. Applicable disclosures and any required client declaration or undertaking will be obtained.

4. Financial Awareness & Corporate Sessions

Online financial awareness sessions and programmes may be conducted for corporates, employee groups and other organisations on practical aspects of personal finance.

Topics may include:

  • Saving and investing

  • Financial planning and retirement

  • Insurance awareness

  • Banking and borrowing

  • Tax considerations

  • Estate and succession planning

  • Cyber fraud and financial safety

  • Common financial mistakes

These sessions are intended for general financial education and awareness. They do not constitute personalised investment advice or individual buy/sell recommendations.

Where a participant requires personalised investment advice, a separate formal engagement and applicable onboarding process is required.

Our Advisory Approach

Our approach centres on informed decision-making, transparency and the client's interests.

Fee-based and client-first: Investment advisory services are provided for a fee, without commissions from investment products.

Fiduciary responsibility: Advice is aligned with the client's objectives, circumstances, risk profile and suitability.

Product-neutral approach: Recommendations are based on the client's requirements rather than product distribution or commission considerations.

Client control: Clients retain control over their investments and transactions. The Investment Adviser does not execute transactions or hold client investment credentials.

Disciplined decision-making: Financial decisions are considered in the context of goals, risk, costs, liquidity needs and the client's broader financial situation.

How the Advisory Process Works

Personalised investment advisory follows a structured process:

Initial understanding: Discuss the client's requirements and the scope of the proposed engagement.

Onboarding and documentation: Complete applicable KYC requirements and execute the Investment Advisory Agreement.

Risk profiling and suitability: Understand the client's financial circumstances, objectives, risk profile and relevant constraints.

Advice and review: Provide suitable advice within the agreed scope and applicable regulatory framework.

Ongoing engagement: Review the advice and financial strategy as appropriate to the agreed services and changes in the client's circumstances.

Personalised investment advice is provided only after the applicable onboarding and assessment requirements have been completed.
